  • How do I reserve a pedicab?
    That is very easy! Click here to Book Now, where you can select and view each tour and then choose a time that works best for you. Don't see the time you want?   • How many people fit in a pedicab?
    Two comfortably. They can fit three people if you're really good friends or have a small child.
  • What is included on the mural tours?
    On the Downtown & Midtown mural tour you will be riding in the back of a Pineapple Pedicab as we travel through Reno pointing out different murals and tell you about the art and artists. We also go over some history and other fun facts about Reno.
  • What is the deal with the Burning Man Art Tour?
    The Burning Man Art & Mural Tour is an add on to the Downtown Mural Tour. This tour is an hour long and includes all of the downtown tour with Burning Man Art and Scultures added on. *Some of the pieces are interactive!
  • What is included in the Brewery District Tour?
    On the Brewery Tour it includes all of your alcohol and transportation. On this tour you get to sample 7-14 different types of beers, it is equivelent to four 12 oz beers. *Please note the tip for the bartender and the driver is not incluced
  • Should we tip our driver?
    It is customary to tip your pedicab driver 20%, the same as you would anyone in the service industry.
  • Can I drink alcohol on the pedicab?
    Sorry but due to Reno regulation no alcohol is allowed on the pedicabs.
  • Where do the tours start?
    Each tour starts from a different location, please check your confirmation email for meeting details.
  • Where do the tours end?
    All tours end at the meeting location. Please check your confirmation email for meeting location.
  • Do you ride in the winter?
    Yes! Pedicabs run year round! If it is a snow storm we will cancel all tours. It is no fun for anyone to be out in that weather.
  • What about if it rains?
    We do not work in the rain. We will offer a full refund if we need to cancel due to weather.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    Every pedicab accepts cash and venmo. Some pedicabs accept debit and credit cards.
  • Why do we need to pay for booking fee?
    The booking fee that you have to pay is up to our ticket provider and we can't change it. All our clients need to pay for it upon booking. The booking fee cahrged contributes to the cost of the ticketing system to provide an excellent service to our customers.
  • Are pedicabs safe for children?
    Children are welcome and safe to sit on a parents lap on a pedicab. We do not recommend children be on pedicabs unattended.
